Dear Glinsmann Family, it pains me to have to leave my thoughts here. I had a feeling that when Wendell took that taxi ride from Hastings to Lincoln I probably wouldn't see my dear friend again. He spoke with great pride about his wife, kids, and grandkids and I pray he was surrounded by all of his family and that he is now in comfort. I thought about him often and send my sincerest sympathies to his entire family.

Thank you so much for your kind condolence. Dad thought so much of you and enjoyed your visits. He spoke of you often and was very fond of stories you shared. You always made him smile. Also you thoughtfulness on the day you brought him soda was very much appreciated! That would have just made his day! We all miss him greatly and now hold his strong spirit in our hearts. Thank you again for your kind words. It means alot to us at this difficult time.
