I was a neighbor to Dorothy and Lucian. Dorothy was one of the hardest working woman I have known next to my mother. I was amazed how she helped manage a large family, worked hard and handled me as her lippy next door neighbor. Dorothy was a very special spirit of Loup City, always working, always in motion, always doing for others and always smiling. Rest In Peace Dorothy....
