David G. Kruger

David Kruger, 63 of Loup City, NE died Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE.  No services are scheduled.  Cremation has been held.  David George Kruger was born October 11, 1948 to George and Doris Kruger in Lincoln, NE.  He was the oldest of three children.  He married Kim Leith, July 6, 1968 and they had two chldren.  He worked at Cushman Motors for over 36 years, retiring in 2003.  He then moved to Loup City where he had fond memoires of friends and the sandhills.  He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.  He enjoyed trap shooting from which he won many trophies.  He had numerous friends as he never met a stanger.  He was a kind and loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to all and will be deeply missed.  He is survived by his wife, Kim of 44 years; daughter, Jennifer Case and son-in-law Michael Case of Houston, Texas; son, Tim Kruger of Loup City; sister, Susan Harm and brother-in-law, Bob Harm of Lincoln, NE and brother, George "Bud" Kruger of Michhigan.  He is also survived by five grandchildren; Tyler Sullivan, Emily, Hannah and Dylan Case all of Houston, Texas and Lacey Kruger of Loup City, NE.
