David A. Moraczewski 66 of Ashton, NE died Thursday, May 25, 2017 at his home in Ashton. Cremation has been held and private memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Moraczewski family and can be mailed to PO Box 44, Ashton, NE 68817
David Anthony Moraczewski was born June 24, 1950 at Flint, Michigan to Alexander and Gerladine (Crain) Moraczewski. He grew up and attended school in Flint. On September 12, 1967 he entered the Marines Corp and served in the Vietnam War. He was discharged on October 7, 1968. He lived in Michigan till he moved to Ashton. On July 31, 2003 he married Vicki Janulewicz.
He is survived by his wife Vicki of Ashton, NE; sons, Dave Jr. and Doug of Flint, Michigan; daughter, Lisa of Flint, Michigan; step-sons, Chad Janulewicz of Grand Island, NE and Larry Jo Janulewicz of Petersburg, Indiana; nine grandchildren; brother, Donald and wife Karen Moraczewski of Flint, MI and sister, Patricia Moraczewski of Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Geraldine; brother, Alexander; sister, Sandra and numerous uncles.
