Obituary

     Sanna J. Landin, 78 of Loup City, Nebraska died Monday, December 1, 2025 at her home in Loup City. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Loup City Community Building with Pastor Ryan Durham officiating. A light lunch will follow the service and inurnment will be held at the Wilcox Cemetery in Wilcox, NE in the afternoon. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. Memorials are suggested to the Landin family.

     Sanna J. Landin was born on December 31, 1946 at Minden, Nebraska to Dwight and Arlene (Swank) Davisson. She graduated in Franklin, Nebraska with the Class of 1965. Sanna first married Russ Pruner and their union was blessed with one child. He preceded her in death. Sanna later married Reed Stahn and they were blessed with two sons. Sanna owned and operated a t-shirt shop and laundromat in Alma, Nebraska for many years. In September 2001, Sanna married Jack Landin in Orleans, Nebraska. Together they owned and operated drive-ins in Orleans, Nebraska and La Crosse, Kansas in addition to managing several motels over the years. Jack and Sanna also delivered newspapers in Alma and Orleans, Nebraska, La Crosse and Hays, Kansas and most recently in Loup City, Rockville, Boelus, and Dannebrog, Nebraska where they served faithfully for many years.

     Sanna is survived by her husband, Jack of Loup City, Nebraska; her children, Damon Pruner and his fiancé, Michelle Metzger of Nelson, Nebraska; Matt Stahn and his wife, Carly of West Des Moines, Iowa; William Stahn of Lincoln, Nebraska; her stepchildren; Jason Landin and his wife, Heather of Rockville, Nebraska; Jesse Landin and his wife, Kristy of Huntley, Nebraska; sisters, Eunice Davisson of Franklin, Nebraska; Jennifer Johnson of Kearney, Nebraska as well as 11 grandchildren and step-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

     Sanna was preceded in death by her parents, Dwight and Darlene and brother, Allen R. Davisson.
