Phyllis J. Siebler

Phyllis J. Siebler, 88 of Kearney, NE formerly of Loup City, NE died Monday, September 14, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Home-Keens Memorial in Kearney, NE.  Cremation has been held. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Loup City with Reverend Delmar Unruh officiating.  Memorials are suggested to the Siebler family or donor's choice.

Phyllis Jean Siebler passed away on Monday, September 14, at Mount Carmel Home Keens Memorial in Kearney, NE.  Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 8, at 11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery in Loup City, NE. 

Phyllis was born September 6, 1927, in Ashton, Nebraska to Albert Siebler and Martha Bremer Siebler.  Phyllis grew up in Loup City, Nebraska and graduated from Loup City High School in 1945, and Kearney State College in 1949.  She received her Masters of Christian Education in 1970 from Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul, MN.  Phyllis was a member of the First Baptist Church of Loup City, NE.

Phyllis is survived by her sister Irene Hurt and husband Jack of Kearney, NE, nieces Jennifer Henricksen and husband David of Omaha, NE, Joni Fenwick and husband Mark of Cheyenne, WY, Brenda Whitley and husband Glen of Hurst, TX, nephew Ron Siebler and wife Julie of Dallas, TX, and sister-in-law Norma Lee Siebler of Wichita Falls, TX. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Harold Siebler of Wichita Falls, TX.
