Dear David, we had some good memories growing up. Riding bikes, hunting, delivery the GI papers, irrigating , cruising South Locust and you would tell me to duck down when you saw a car full of pretty girls. You had a very tender and wounded heart....and it made me sad to think about your losses and loneliness. You were a very intelligent and gifted person. So good at jokes and making people laugh. You loved God and that made me happy. We had our disagreements but in the end we knew we loved each other. I will miss you. I'm sorry your life ended to early. Your in heaven where true love and joy exist. Love your sister Charlene

We were privleged to know "Bob", his dad for 20 some years. We have many memories of Bob and he did talk about his kids and he loved each one very much. They are now together for eternity.

I am sorry to read of Dave's passing. I had a lot of fun with him and his white Impala, once he came to Kearney to see me and we would get out of the car and run around it at every stop light we hit. Then we went to Cottonmill Lake and just watched the stars. I will miss him, but I am proud to have been a part of his life. I wish you all peace.

Becky, hi. I am Mike Lewandowski. I met your brother through an association with Outward Bound, a Catholic youth camp held at Ft. Robinson. He worked at the Skelly truck stop and help me get a job there.
Now I live in Lincoln NE. and work as a Network Engineer for Nebraska Educational Television, I love craft beers and flac music files. My wife Lois and I have three children and one grandchild. My cell number is (402)440-9302, you may contact me if you wish. There were times when you and your younger sister argued over washing the dishes, I would help you finish the job and try to make it fun cause you guys were so pretty it just hurt my heart to see you fight. I hope the time in Loup City went well.

Becky, ya got to remember Dave was a lot of fun, one night when we worked at the Wood River truck stop we hid Joan's car on a rack in the service bay. She couldn't find it, got really worried, wanted to call Nick. Dave drove it out later and acted like nothing happened. And he let me buy some rims for my Nova so the car looked cool, what a guy.
